VPI's business encompasses all forms of business process outsourcing (BPO) services in the area of data and document processing, including print-to-post, digital, archival and electronic/virtual statement presentment. Today, VPI is a team of more than 1,500 strong with clients from various industries including Government Ministry's and Agencies, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Investment/Asset Management, Telecommunication, Media and Entertainment. Our clients include highly reputed entities such as Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Employees Provident Fund, Ministry of Finance, Takaful Nasional, Takaful Ikhlas, Takaful Malaysia, Tahan Insurance, Mayban Fortis, Bank Simpanan Nasional just to name a few.

VPI has carved out a niche in the BPO service arena developing a full spectrum of BPO services that is rendered via two strategic models:-

Our security features extend beyond the tools and equipment such as card access systems, CCTV surveillance to physical armed guards, internal staff screening process, non-disclosure agreements through to obtaining relevant approvals such as from Bank Negara Malaysia for the financial institutions sector.

A good database is extremely important in the execution of a customer communication project. VPI cleans, standardises, formats and applies business decision rules against a customer's databases to fulfil the requirements of the customer's communication project. VPI's data processing services include:

  • a strong team of IT professionals who facilitate all BPO work for data conversion, merging, mining and reporting purposes
  • this includes data processing requirements that not are currently met by legacy systems, including combined statements, specialised and targeted messages and multi-channel delivery
  • capable of reading many storage media and data formats
  • dedicated leased line can be set-up to handle delivery of data from client to our production centre with a minimum of 128bit encryption
Document Processing

  • one of the biggest array of continuous form and cut sheet printers in Malaysia that is capable of handling most jobs with a capacity in excess of100 million impressions a month
  • ability to process both envelope and single page self-mailers
  • employing a combination of intelligent high speed inserting machines and pressure sealing machines in production
  • the system has the necessary audit processes in place to confirm mail pieces processed and include a process for "reprints" in the event that mail or statement pieces are damage

Imaging and data capture

Imaging and data capture

  • largest imaging capacity in Malaysia
  • processing capacity of over 8 million pages a month
  • image and convert forms (handwritten, typed and printed web forms) into an electronic form that will be used for intelligent data capture (includes hand writing, barcodes (1D & 2D))
  • includes proofing and verification stages, resulting in a high level of accuracy in the data capture and conversion process
  • forms redesign to make them "machine-able", where necessary including, reviewing table/grid lines, "drop-out" colour/shades, constrained fields and gaps and clearances around tick/check boxes

  • ini termasuk keperluan pemprosesan data yang tidak diperolehi melalui sistem legasi, seperti penyata gabungan, mesej yang khusus dan penghantaran melalui pelbagai saluran

  • talian pajakan yang khusus untuk menguruskan penghantaran data daripada pelanggan ke pusat pengeluaran kami dengan penyulitan minima 128bit
