QUALITY ASSURANCE

At KANZEN, we take pride in quality and precision and are so vital in inspecting the components manufactured that our inspectors spend considerable time and resources on checking procedures that ensures quality is being controlled beyond leaving the QA department.

Our constantly updated Quality Assurance Department has equipment ranging from Brown & Sharpe Co-ordinate Measuring Machine GAGE 2000 (CMM), Carmar Video Measuring System, ST Industries profile projector (shadow master), pin and block gages, digital height gage, digimatic micrometers, digimatic vernier calipers to hardness tester, which are calibrated to international standards.

All machining processes are subjected to a first off inspection. With constant Quality Control throughout production, the results are logged and analyzed. The finished components are then coated with anti-rust and bubble packed for protection before delivery.
